Introduction

QuickCart is a D2C hyperlocal grocery brand providing instant drop-offs from local micro-hubs. They were struggling with operational latency—their micro-stores were failing to sync inventory levels in real-time, resulting in order fulfillments taking over 45 minutes.

“The collaboration with Kliivo exceeded all expectations. They understood our brand, built high-capacity telemetry streams, and launched a beautiful dashboard that converted users instantly.”
— Founders Council Review, QuickCart
TRANSFORMATION

Before & After

BEFORE KLIIVO
  • Order fulfilment took 45+ minutes
  • Inventory synced manually — errors daily
  • Zero local SEO presence
  • No unified vendor dashboard
  • Customer app had no live tracking
AFTER KLIIVO
  • Fulfilment down to 18 minutes
  • Real-time WebSocket sync in 200ms
  • 4× growth in local keyword rankings
  • React vendor dashboard live across hubs
  • Flutter app with live order map

The Challenge

Fulfilling orders under 20 minutes requires absolute synchronization between local store stocks, vendor dashboards, customer mobile clients, and delivery maps. Furthermore, they had poor local web presence.

“Resolving latency bottlenecks and structural processing delays was critical. Kliivo analyzed our codebase, isolated CPU leaks, and built a lightning-fast data stream.”
— Technical Review, QuickCart

Our Approach

Kliivo built a complete digital transformation system. We designed and coded: 1) a high-speed vendor web dashboard (React) syncing local inventories, 2) an intuitive customer mobile client (Flutter), and 3) an automated WebSocket state sync engine. We optimized their Local SEO map parameters for localized keywords.
